Frequently Asked Questions
Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s EI3 Conference, scheduled for March 18-20 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Will EI3 be rescheduled?
No, EI3 will not be rescheduled this year. However, we’re still planning several smaller client events for 2020 and are very hopeful the Coronovirus precautions now in place will not impact events later this year.
Will my registration fee be refunded?
Yes, in full. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund.
When can I expect my refund?
eVestment is initiating all refund transactions on March 6. When the refund appears on your statement may vary, depending on your credit card company.
I scheduled a one-on-one support appointment for help at the conference. Will that be cancelled too?
No! We’re well prepared to conduct one-on-one support appointments virtually. In the coming days, you’ll receive an email reconfirming your appointment time, along with dial-in instructions.
What about my airfare?
Most major airlines are adopting flexible travel policies in light of Coronovirus. Please check with your airline about its policy. Links to airline policies for your convenience:

What about my hotel reservation?
Reservations made through the EI3 website for the Renaissance Waverly Atlanta hotel have already been cancelled. You don’t need to take any action, and no charges will appear on your credit card.
If you made reservations in some other way, or with another hotel, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your room and confirm your refund status.
